Escrow means CarSpace holds your payment on your behalf. The vendor can see the money is secured but cannot access it until you and the vendor both confirm the car was successfully picked up or delivered.
Raise a dispute from your Escrow Tracker. Funds are frozen immediately and, if the vendor fails to deliver, you receive a full refund to your M-Pesa or card.
We check national ID, KRA PIN, business registration and permits, run NTSA logbook searches on each car and physically visit the vendor's office or yard before approval.
M-Pesa (STK push), Visa/Mastercard and bank transfer for car purchases. All payments go to CarSpace Escrow, never to a personal number.
